Richard Ford Burley has been with Ledger since 2014. From 2018-2022 he served as Deputy Managing Editor, and now manages operations at the journal as its Managing Editor. He also serves as a freelance writer and editor for Bitcoin and blockchain-related books. Richard holds a PhD from Boston College.
