R. A. Ash Burley is a Legal Assistant at the firm Shaheen & Gordon, and has been with Ledger since 2014. From 2018-2022 he served as Deputy Managing Editor, and now co-manages operations at the journal with Konstantinos Stylianou as its Managing Editor of Publication. He also serves as a freelance writer and editor for Bitcoin and blockchain-related books. Ash holds a PhD from Boston College.
