Konstantinos is a Professor of Competition Law and Regulation at the University of Glasgow School of Law. His areas of focus are the law and policy of digital markets, blockchain and communications networks. He has worked on numerous projects funded by the European Union, UK Research Councils, the Swedish Competition Authority, Google, Facebook, and has done policy work with/for agencies of various countries, including Thailand, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, and Greece. He holds an S.J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, where he studied as an Onassis Scholar, an LL.M. from Harvard University, where he studied as a Fulbright Scholar, and an LL.M. and LL.B. from Aristotle University. He was previously Associate Professor at the University of Leeds, and has also been a Visiting Professor at CUPL, a Visiting Scientist at Brown University Computer Science Department and a Visiting Scholar at Oxford University, TU Delft, and Loyola University Chicago.
